Featuring a regal feline in repose amid lush flowers and vines, “This Is the Cat” takes its cues from a furnishing fabric entitled The House that Jack Built, after the nursery rhyme, created by Arts and Crafts architect-designer C.F.A. Voysey (1857-1941).
