Victoria and Albert Museum Bamboo and Blossom Coir Doormat
The bamboo and blossom motifs featured on this mat are inspired by the embroidered and resist-dyed decoration of an exquisite 19th-century Japanese silk housed in the V&A’s East Asia collection. In Japanese symbolism, bamboo and plum blossoms are recurrent auspicious motifs, representing strength and renewal. All doormats in Entryways’ V&A Collection are available in two sizes. Every Entryways mat is designed and crafted to be stylish and functional.
